Begins October 4th and runs until January 4th. 18 weeks to learn everything from understanding protein, carbs, and fats, to how to eat the right portions for your goals. Then, in our Facebook group we help you apply what you learn with help from the WON Nutrition Coaches.

Nutrition Coaching for $22 a Week

That's $88 a month. An affordable way for you to improve your relationship with food, learn everything you can about nutrition, and gain strength/get fitter.

What's Covered

Nutrition Education + Behavior Change

  • Basics on Nutrition- from understanding what macronutrients are to why they're important

  • Eating Habits- how they can affect everything from managing weight to how you feel

  • How to Eat for Training and Competition

  • Eating for Body Composition Changes- gaining muscle/losing fat

  • Food Choices- how they impact sleep, recovery, training, and body composition


Clients can expect to see things like improved digestion, more energy, better recovery, feeling better in their skin, and improved mental clarity. In addition, while we don't focus on weight loss, participants who GENUINELY need to lose weight, assuming they stay consistent, can expect to lose 10lbs or more.

About Your Coaches

Nutrition Coach

Breanna Barton

Breanna Barton has over 20 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. She is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, a CrossFit L2 Trainer, Co-Owner at Crossfit Kivnon in La Mesa, (San Diego) CA. Bre struggled with multiple overtraining injuries from playing aggressive youth sports. In her 20's she followed every fad diet in existence without much thought to logic or listening to her body. Now almost 40 and feeling the effects of her missteps, Bre is convinced she has found the fountain of youth and longevity. Her coaching methods are focused on preventing chronic disease through a high nutrient and low toxin diet and lifestyle.

Nutrition Coach

Christa Lane

Christa Lane has been involved in athletics her entire life - ranging from competitive soccer, softball, and track and field as a youngster to finding her way into obstacle course racing and CrossFit when she reached her 30s. These were her outlets and sources of joy, but her body was breaking down, not able to support the constant loads of stress and yoyo dieting. It wasn't until she dug deeper and learned how to properly fuel her body, recover appropriately, and discover a meaningful balance that things really fell into place. Now, as a CrossFit L1 and Precision Nutrition certified coach, Christa's passion is helping other athletes escape the diet culture and start eating and taking care of their bodies for health, wellness, and longevity.

Shawna Norton

Shawna Norton is an L1 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, with a B.S in Kinesiology. She also holds her L1 with Crossfit and actively coaches athletes through her women's only coaching program- Competitive Female Training. Shawna has been coaching nutrition for the past 5 years, with a recent transition to full time. Her ideal demographic is the women of "functional fitness" as these are the women she relates with the most. Shawna loves helping women fuel their training and to focus on what their bodies can do.

Natalie Guyan

Having lost 80lbs in bodyweight with an obese to athlete transformation, Natalie became inspired to support her experience and knowledge with industry leading certifications. After qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 (with certificates for gymnastics and kids) She certified as a BWL Weightlifting Coach. Natalie established and grew a female only CrossFit community with CrossFit Marbella in the south of Spain. As a mum to 2 young girls, with a corporate background and having coached female fitness and nutrition in person and online since 2017, Nat is passionate about helping women find their wings and overcome the everyday obstacles that can stand in the way of achieving their health and fitness goals.
